Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions of participation in the LiveSpeech Training Programme apply.

Open Workshop
A. Registration — We require the submission of delegate registration forms and payment of course fees, for reservation/booking of seats, in advance of the training date. We do not receive payments at the training venue.
B. Cancellation — You may cancel your seat reservation at any time. If you cancel at least three working days to the training date, you will receive a full [100%] refund. However, if you cancel less than three working days to the training date you will receive a 50% refund. If you do not attend the training you registered for, without requesting a cancellation, you shall forfeit all paid fees.
C. Seat transfer — If for some reason you cannot attend the training you registered for, you may transfer your seat to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the training date, stating the full names and contact details of the individual you wish to transfer your seat to.
Corporate Training
Terms are as outlined in the Contract.
1-on-1 Coaching
G. Payment — Payment terms are as outlined in training proposal.
H. Cancellation — Once a training date is fixed, CONTRACTOR expends time and resources on CLIENT's behalf. As a result, CONTRACTOR charges a cancellation fee to recover upfront expenditures and/or losses that may occur by not scheduling other business on CLIENT’s training dates.
Should CLIENT postpone or cancel the scheduled training, the following fee charges on the total amount shall apply:
a) Less than 7 days to training date: 10% of total will be charged.
b) More than 7 weekdays to training date: no fee charged.
